Do you have an item limit for consignors?

We will have an item limit of 300 items for our upcoming sale. We do check all items that are brought to the sale to keep the quality of inventory at an excellent level! We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 150 items that are poor quality and marked too high.

What are my options for printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

OPTION #1 TRADITIONAL DROP OFF - You want your items guaranteed and attach your labels in the store. Let us print your labels and have them for you when you get to the store. You will label your items at the store on one of the Drop Off Days. (This is most popular.) Please allow one hour per 100-150 items. OPTION #2 LABEL YOUR ITEMS AT HOME AND HAVE THEM GUARANTEED! We can print your labels or you may print them at home (requires a color printer and please follow the directions carefully that appear after you enter your items. FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAN COST YOU MONEY WHEN YOUR ITEMS SELL FOR HALF PRICE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PRINT YOUR LABELS CORRECTLY.) 1. Attach your labels at home. 2. Bring your items to the store IN ORDER. 3. We inspect your items IN ORDER. Items that are not in order will waive the guarantee. 4. After a short inspection, YOU PUT YOUR ITEMS ON THE FLOOR.

Can I bring my spouse or mother with me to the Pre-Sale?

We are allowing volunteers and consignors to bring either their spouse or parent with them to help them shop, not a sister or best friend. You may give your guest pass to your sister or friend & meet them at the Guest Sale later in the evening. Our volunteers and consignors have worked hard to earn this special shopping privilege and we want to honor them. We will be checking!

We strongly suggest that you not bring your children to the Pre-Sale. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value for high end items. For store brands, you may want to go lower. Baby equipment, furniture and large indoor/outdoor toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. There is usually an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively to sell. Maternity- and junior-size clothing are not shopped as heavily, so only bring your best and price these competitively, too.

Please make sure the price tag is visible.

Do I need to sign up for a new consignor code for each sale?
